Can I do laundry here?

The fabric heater itself can be washed, but the outside has insulation, so it's important to dry it really well.
We don't recommend washing it because of this, but if it gets dirty, wipe it with a cloth that's been wrung out really well. If it's really dirty, wipe it with a cloth that's been soaked in a mild detergent.

How long does it take to warm up a pre-cooked meal?

The time it takes to heat up will vary depending on how you like your food, how warm or cold it is outside, and how much food is in the pouch. But as a general rule, it will take about 20 minutes to get to about 104 degrees Fahrenheit. It will take about 30-40 minutes to get to about 122 degrees Fahrenheit, and about 140 degrees Fahrenheit or more if you heat it up for more than an hour.

Can you heat up some water?

WILLCOOK heats up to over 100 degrees Celsius when it's empty, even though the heaters only get to about 60 degrees.
This is because the heaters are facing each other, which traps the heat inside the bag. But when you put stuff in the bag, it won't get hot enough to boil water.

Would that burn you if it was heated close to boiling?

Boiling water at 100℃ can cause burns, but cloth at 100℃ can be touched because it doesn't conduct heat well.
However, it will still be very hot, so please be careful when handling it.

Are all WILLCOOK products compatible with the same battery?

The international model doesn't come with a power bank, but it works with your own 5V power bank.

I can't seem to heat it up evenly. Why is that?

Will it be okay if I get wet?

The WILLCOOK itself is water-resistant and water-repellent. But the battery you use is not waterproof, so be careful not to get it wet.

The thing doesn't get warm anymore.

Will this affect my pacemaker?

Treat this like any other electrical device. Talk to your doctor before using it.
